Delivery Policy
We take pride in ensuring that our customers receive a seamless experience with the HikCentral Professional License.
Once payment is completed and the product is marked as “In Stock”, the license will be delivered immediately to your registered email address in the form of a PDF file containing the license code.
If the stock status is “Back Order”, please allow 5–8 working days for delivery of the license code.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital software licenses, all sales are considered final once the license code has been issued.
However, if the HikCentral Professional License does not function as expected due to a verified product issue, we will provide a 100% refund after verification.
Please note that refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Change in project requirements
- Any reason not related to product functionality
