If the status is “In Stock,” you will receive the license immediately after payment. It will be sent via email along with a PDF file containing the license details. If the status is “Back Order,” it will take approximately 4–7 working days to send the license code to you.

Can I use the Hikcentral Professional license code purchased from you in my country?
Yes, the license can be used worldwide.
How many servers can I use with this license code?
Each license code is valid for use on a single server.
Is the license perpetual?
Yes, it requires a one-time payment only and has an expiration date of 2099-12-31.
Can I transfer the license from one server to another?
Yes. To transfer a license from a functioning old server to a new one, you can deactivate the license on the old server and then reactivate it on the new server yourself. This process is free of charge.
If your old server is no longer operational and you were unable to deactivate the license beforehand, please contact us to handle the deactivation and reactivation. This service involves a fee and typically takes about 4–7 working days. License transfers are available only for licenses purchased directly from us.
What if I need a license for more than 64 CCTV channels or 16 door access readers?
You will need to purchase additional expansion licenses, as well as individual CCTV or door access system licenses. Please contact us for a quotation.

Can I get a refund or cancel the order after purchase?

Do you have a HikCentral Professional license that supports only Hikvision door access readers?
Yes. A customized license option is available specifically for Hikvision door access readers. However, please note that our existing HikCentral Professional License already includes support for up to 16 door access units. If you require a door access-only license and need support for more than 16 units at once, please contact us for a quotation.
