If the status is “In Stock,” you will receive the license immediately after payment. It will be sent via email along with a PDF file containing the license details. If the status is “Back Order,” it will take approximately 4–7 working days to send the license code to you.

Can I transfer the license from one server to another?
To transfer the license, you will need to contact us for deactivation and reactivation. This service incurs a charge and takes approximately 2–3 working days. Transfers are available only for licenses purchased from us.
What if I need a license for more than 64 CCTV channels or 16 door access readers?
You will need to purchase additional expansion licenses, as well as individual CCTV or door access system licenses. Please contact us for a quotation.
