Once your payment is completed and the product is marked as “In Stock,” the license will be delivered immediately to your registered email address in the form of a PDF file containing the license code. If the stock status is “Back Order,” please allow 4–7 working days for the license code to be sent to you. - Return and Refund Policy:
We stand by the quality and functionality of our licenses. If the Hikcentral Professional License does not work as expected due to a product issue, we will provide a 100% refund upon verification of the issue.
